No dark fate determines the future. We do. Each day and each moment, we are able to create and re-create our lives and the very quality of human life on our planet. This is the power we yield.

Erika Niewald, LAc.
I grew up on the East Coast and moved to Ohio in 2012 while serving in the Air Force. I retired after 20 years of military service and decided to change paths and study Acupuncture. Over the years I have found support for my own medical conditions through acupuncture, yoga, massage, and many other forms of complementary and alternative medicine. I'm so pleased that I can now bring these practices to others.
