I grew up on the East Coast and moved to Ohio in 2012 while serving in the Air Force.  I retired after 20 years of military service and decided to change paths and study Acupuncture. Over the years I have found amazing support for my own medical conditions through acupuncture, yoga, massage, and many other forms of complementary and alternative medicine.  I'm so pleased that I can now bring these practices to others.

I am deeply passionate about supporting patients to create balance in their lives and navigate transitions with resilience. I created Balance Integrative Wellness to offer many different treatments that can restore physical and emotional equilibrium.  I also offer Holistic Life Coaching that provides a compassionate framework to clarify goals, embrace change, and build confidence during pivotal life moments.  Empowering patients to move through challenges with strength, reconnect with their authentic selves, and cultivate a harmonious, fulfilling life is my goal.
