I don't take insurance, but I can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that includes the information your insurance company needs to reimburse you. Coverage varies widely, so you may want to talk to your insurance company about your benefits for out-of-network acupuncture treatments to determine what can be reimbursed.
I accept payment with Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, cash, check, credit cards, or Zelle.
