I grew up on Long Island, New York, and began my career in the natural food industry, which sparked my passion for natural health, healing, and energy work. My journey into holistic wellness began with studying Reiki and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Amma Therapy, a Korean meridian-based modality.

 

Along the way, I explored the connections between mind, body, and spirit, ultimately completing my health coach training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I pursued acupuncture to deepen my understanding of these connections, training in Chinese theory, Japanese methodologies, Shonishin (pediatric acupuncture), and Chinese medicine obstetrics and gynecology. 

 

I am passionate about empowering individuals to understand how their actions, emotional and energetic regulation, and mindset can profoundly influence their health. By embracing this connection, I believe we can unlock our highest potential and create the vitality and balance we truly desire.
